4. Contracting and Quotation Process
Quotation Request: The client can request a free quotation through our website or by phone.
Project Approval: The project execution will begin after the client's approval of the quotation and the initial payment (deposit).
Modifications: Any change in the project details may involve an update in cost and delivery time, which will be agreed upon in advance with the client.
5. Payments and Refund Policies
Deposit: To start the project, a deposit of 30% of the total agreed amount is required.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before delivery.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be made for changes requested by the client after the initial project approval.
6. Delivery Times and Delays
Estimated Duration: Estimated delivery times are detailed in the approved quotation. These may vary depending on weather conditions and other external factors.

Limitation of Liability: South Florida Patio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our structures.

Use of Images: We reserve the right to use photographs of completed projects for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If the client prefers that images of their project not be used, they may communicate this in writing to our team.
Exclusive Designs: All designs created by South Florida Patio are the intellectual property of the company and may not be replicated without prior authorization.
